IMPORTANT NOTE: The Mercy Foundation is not a direct service provider and is not able to directly assist individuals or families. It is suggested that the services noted on this page may be able to help or provide further information about other services that may be able to assist people in immediate crisis.

Remember that you should phone 000 if there is an emergency or you are seriously concerned about someone who is homeless and believe it may be an emergency for police, ambulance or fire services.

The services below are crisis services for people who are currently homeless or who may be about to become homeless. There are many more homelessness and housing services in Australia, but the services noted here may be able to offer advice, assistance and/or referral for those who are currently in crisis.
